Position Overview

As an Outbound Call Center Representative, you'll play a critical role in driving sales and customer engagement for our insurance clients. You'll be responsible for making outbound calls to prospective clients, engaging with them in a professional and courteous manner, and clearly communicating the benefits of our insurance products. You'll also be responsible for qualifying leads, setting appointments for sales representatives, and maintaining accurate records of interactions in our CRM system.

Responsibilities

* Make outbound calls to prospective clients using provided scripts

• Engage with prospects in a professional and courteous manner
• Clearly communicate product/service features and benefits
• Qualify leads and set appointments for sales representatives
• Maintain accurate records of interactions in the CRM system
• Meet or exceed daily/weekly call quotas and performance metrics

Requirements

* Previous experience in outbound call centers or telemarketing highly preferred

• Excellent verbal communication skills and phone etiquette
• Ability to follow scripts while also adapting to customer responses
• Strong persuasion and negotiation skills
• High level of self-motivation and resilience
• Proficiency in using CRM software and other call center tools
