Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Chat Moderator to join our remote team. As a Chat Moderator, you'll be responsible for managing our official Discord server, ensuring that our community guidelines are enforced, and providing exceptional customer service to our users. Key Responsibilities

* Moderate the chat of our official Discord server, ensuring that our community guidelines are enforced and users are respectful and courteous

• Delete messages that violate our community guidelines, ban users with repeat offenses, and mute users who have violated our rules
• Investigate reports made by users about violations of our community guidelines
• Collaborate with our team to develop and implement community engagement strategies
• Provide exceptional customer service to our users, responding to their queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner
• Stay up-to-date with our community guidelines and policies, ensuring that you're aware of any changes or updates

Essential Qualifications

* 18 years of age or older

• High School Diploma or GED
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to learn and adapt quickly to new technologies and systems
• Familiarity with Discord and community management tools

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience in community management, customer service, or a related field

• Knowledge of social media platforms and online community engagement strategies
• Familiarity with arenaflex's products and services
• Experience with conflict resolution and mediation
