We're seeking an experienced Benefit Enrollment Data Entry Specialist to join our team on a temporary contract basis. As a key member of our HR operations team, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the accuracy and reliability of our HR data, focusing on benefits enrollment and associated processes. As a Benefit Enrollment Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:- Diligently updating and maintaining accurate records in our core Human Capital Management (HCM) system, covering areas such as HR, benefits, payroll, timestamps, and absences.
- Conducting thorough audits to ensure the integrity of our HR data, promptly identifying and correcting any discrepancies.
- Efficiently processing employee and partner benefits enrollment, ensuring accuracy in program details, dependent information, and coverage elections.
- Addressing employee queries with clarity and efficiency, maintaining a library of response templates and ensuring proper documentation of all interactions.
- Working in compliance with all relevant policies, as well as federal and state regulations regarding employee benefits and data privacy.
- Collaborating effectively with various teams, including HR Operations and the Benefits department, to ensure a seamless experience for all stakeholders.
Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll need:- At least 4 years of experience with complex HR and/or benefits data entry.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a strategic approach to achieving results.
- Prior experience with PeopleSoft highly regarded.
- Solid understanding of HR practices, especially benefits-related concepts.
- Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and customer service skills.
Additional Information
This is a temporary contract role, and normal working hours are 9:00 am to 5:00 pm. The dress code is business casual.
