What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

As a Customer Service Representative III - AWW, you'll be responsible for:

  • Answering, processing, and documenting a high volume of inbound calls efficiently
  • Providing world-class customer service by responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and fulfilling requests
  • Scheduling appointments for examinees
  • Researching, locating, and providing information to appropriate entities
  • Maintaining ownership of calls and documenting all information in the case management system

What is Required (Qualifications)

  • Minimum of 3 years call center/scheduling experience
  • Ability to work various shifts and cover multiple time zones
