A Taste of the Job

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences through various channels, including phone, email, and chat. Your critical outcomes will include:

• Starting your day with a positive attitude and a focus on supporting our customers' order and invoicing needs
• Ensuring order accuracy, pricing, and invoicing discounts are handled with attention to detail
• Working with customers to resolve inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner
• Collaborating with the team to maintain a supportive attitude and contribute to a positive work environment
• Completing other projects as assigned or required to support the team's goals and objectives

Path for Success – Qualifications and Experience

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• A successful completion of Grade 12, with post-secondary education an asset
• Fluency in English and French (bilingualism is a plus)
• A minimum of 1-2 years of customer service experience, preferably working with an ERP system and sales admin/order entry experience
• A technology typing speed of at least 45 wpm and intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• A positive can-do attitude, a willingness to help, and a calm demeanor under pressure
• Adaptability and flexibility to changing priorities and deadlines
