We're seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative - Call Center to join our remote team. Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative - Call Center, you'll be responsible for:
- Providing exceptional customer service to clients via phone (inbound and outbound), email, and chat

- Maintaining accurate and detailed customer records through data entry
- Collaborating with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction
- Handling customer complaints and providing appropriate solutions or escalating to the appropriate department

Key Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in a call center environment
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and ability to analyze customer needs
- Ability to handle high call volumes and work in a fast-paced environment
- Bilingual in Spanish and English is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
- 1 year of customer service experience preferred
