Job Description:

As a Customer Service Representative - Hybrid, you'll be the face of arenaflex, providing exceptional customer service and support to our customers. You'll be trained to address a broad range of customer service call types, including collections, retention, sales channel coordination, billing and adjustments, and advanced technical support. Your goal will be to provide effective and timely resolutions for customers and deliver personalized recommendations for our latest products and services.

Key Responsibilities:

* Instill confidence and loyalty in customers through thoughtful listening and utilizing your knowledge of arenaflex's products and services to effectively service and retain customers.

  • Simplify the explanation of customer bills, rate plans, and features of arenaflex's products and services.
  • Engage Tier 3 support (network and IT), third-party vendors, and suppliers as needed to address issues, service faults, and provide customer resolution.
  • Handle wireless local number portability (WLNP), relocations, combined bill support, after-hours inquiries, and pre-paid service.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve various customer-impacting issues, such as voice and data, that span multiple networks and elements.
  • Get customers up and running with the latest products and services, such as air cards, USB devices, and AT&T-provided software and applications.
  • Participate in outbound calls and customer call-backs, Tier 2 ticket support, escalation investigations, and email follow-up.

Requirements:

* Call center or customer service experience.

  • Flexibility to work any schedule during hours of operation, with specific job assignments requiring day, evening, weekend, or holiday hours.
  • Advanced typing/keyboarding skills.
  • Ability to adapt in a dynamic, fast-paced environment that caters to a variety of customer situations, including defusing difficult customer situations and maintaining a professional demeanor in stressful situations.
  • Verified internet service (secure, reliable, and dedicated high-speed) and an established dedicated work area (desk, chair, electrical outlet, direct LAN connection).
  • Ability to participate in workspace audits, including remote desktop observation, call and screen recordings, live webcam monitoring, pictures of workspace setup, video chats, etc.
