What You'll Do
As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:
- Engaging directly with customers via phone, email, or chat to resolve their queries and concerns
- Researching and problem-solving to determine the best solutions for customers
- Operating with empathy, understanding, and kindness to customers and team members alike
- Collaborating with teammates and managers using virtual collaboration tools to contribute to a customer-centric culture
- Adapting to change and flexibility to shift schedules and work overtime as needed
What You'll Need
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- 2 years of customer service experience
- Excellent communication skills (written, verbal, and listening) in a written assessment
- Ability to multi-task and perform well in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in using computers, data entry, and rapid navigation through systems and the internet
- Ability to adapt to change and flexibility to shift schedules and work overtime as needed
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and secure sensitive information
- Must be able to pass a background check
Technical Requirements
To ensure a seamless customer experience, you'll need:
- A dedicated workspace with a computer, monitor, keyboard, mouse, headset, and webcam
- A reliable wired, high-speed internet connection (30 Mbps download speed/ 10 Mbps upload speed)
- A cell phone or tablet for two-factor authentication through Okta Verify
