Responsibilities of the Customer Service Representative Role
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences that drive loyalty, retention, and growth. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Greeting visitors, answering questions, and assisting prospective clients with their needs
- Managing communication channels, including email leads, text messages, and phone calls
- Answering phones and assisting customers as needed
- Scheduling appointments and tour reservations as required
- Assisting with inventory management and maintaining accurate records
- Completing daily reports and providing insights to inform business decisions
- Initiating service calls for customers and ensuring timely resolution
- Initiating, modifying, and finalizing leases and addendums for customers
- Assisting with scheduling vendors and managing purchase orders
Essential Qualifications for the Customer Service Representative Role
To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess the following essential qualifications:
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- Office experience preferred, but not required
- Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office
- Excellent verbal communication skills and a customer-focused attitude
- Ability to work on multiple tabs and systems simultaneously
- Diligence and a commitment to maintaining a high level of professionalism
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, fluid environment and remain even-tempered during challenging situations
- Adherence to a set schedule with flexibility to work extra hours or modified shifts as needed
- Proven longevity in past employment and a commitment to excellent attendance
