Job Summary

As a Full Stack Customer Success Manager, you'll be responsible for driving customer success across our portfolio of Master Data Management (MDM) solutions. You'll work closely with our customers to understand their business needs, identify opportunities for growth, and develop tailored engagement plans to ensure they realize maximum value from our solutions. Your expertise will be critical in helping us achieve our customer retention and expansion goals.

Key Responsibilities

* Develop and execute customer success plans to drive adoption, retention, and expansion of arenaflex's MDM solutions

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product, to ensure seamless customer experiences
  • Conduct regular business reviews with customers to understand their needs, identify opportunities, and develop tailored engagement plans
  • Work closely with customers to identify and prioritize use cases for arenaflex's MDM solutions
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including executive sponsors and data heroes, to ensure customer success and advocacy
  • Identify and mitigate risks to customer success, including technical, operational, and financial challenges
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of arenaflex's MDM solutions, including features, functionality, and competitive landscape
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to ensure arenaflex remains competitive and innovative

Performance Objectives

* Achieve 95% gross retention of annual recurring revenue that is up for renewal

  • Exceed customer satisfaction targets, as measured by Net Promoter Score (NPS) and Customer Satisfaction (CSAT) surveys
  • Identify and prioritize opportunities for growth, including upsell and cross-sell opportunities
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of customer business needs, including industry trends, competitive landscape, and market dynamics
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute customer success plans, including sales, marketing, and product

Competencies

* Minimum 5 years of experience in customer success, preferably in the IT sector

  • Proven track record of delivering customer success in enterprise software, including SaaS solutions
  • Strong understanding of business functions, core IT systems, and data management concepts
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple competing priorities
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with ability to analyze complex data and develop actionable insights
  • Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) tools, including Salesforce
  • Strong understanding of sales and marketing principles, including sales funnel, customer journey, and lead generation
