Job Responsibilities:
As a Customer Support Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:
- Resolving customer and candidate issues via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner
- Completing assigned projects from your support manager to ensure seamless customer experiences
- Identifying and resolving customer issues using the HireVue system, a cutting-edge technology that enables efficient issue resolution
- Documenting and managing cases for each support interaction to maintain accurate records and improve future support processes
- Recommending process improvements and reporting trends/issues to your supervisor to drive continuous improvement
Essential Qualifications:
* Excellent interpersonal communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively interact with customers and colleagues
- Positive attitude and drive for continuous improvement, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences
- Expert reading and writing skills to accurately document customer interactions and communicate with customers
- Proficient with technology and troubleshooting technical issues to provide efficient support
- 2+ years of experience in customer service, with technical support experience a plus
Preferred Qualifications:
* Experience with Salesforce or another CRM system to streamline customer interactions and improve support processes
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to be resourceful in resolving complex customer issues
- Experience communicating with customers to understand their needs and preferences
- Flexible schedule for 24/7 customer support to accommodate diverse customer needs
- US Citizenship required for the position
