The Role

As a Remote Data Entry Analyst, you'll be responsible for providing essential clerical support for our Change Management initiatives. This role requires a strong and diverse skillset, including proficiency in relevant software platforms, excellent communication skills, and a proactive attitude towards teamwork. Key Responsibilities

* Conduct data entry and uphold the integrity and accuracy of the Changescout platform, which is integrated with Salesforce.

• Systematically collect and manage data, ensuring timely updates and organization within the platform.
• Collaborate seamlessly with team members while also exhibiting the capability to work independently.
• Facilitate effective communication across various teams to enhance project tracking and data management processes.
• Identify and lead the entry of projects across multiple functional sites.
• Review and input information related to spending, invoices, purchase orders, change orders, and forecasting data into project cost tracking systems.
• Establish and maintain comprehensive project files and logs.
• Compile and execute reconciliations as required.

Required Skills

* Proficiency with Salesforce platforms; prior experience with Changescout is advantageous.

• Demonstrated experience in data collection and change management is preferred.
• Exceptional communication skills and a proactive attitude towards teamwork.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a remote team.
