• Start with an attractive commission rate of 80%, with the potential to increase up to 130%
- Eligible for various bonuses, such as producer and capital bonuses
- Part-time agents have the opportunity to earn over $50,000 in their first year, while full-time agents can potentially exceed $100,000
- As an Agency Owner, you can generate between $200K and $500K+ annually
