Job Summary
We're seeking an experienced Remote Data Entry Specialist to join our team on a full-time basis. As a key member of our data management team, you'll be responsible for accurately and efficiently entering data into our databases, managing spreadsheets, and performing comparative analysis to ensure data probity. If you're a detail-oriented, organized, and tech-savvy individual with a passion for data management, we'd love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
* Input new information into database systems with accuracy and attention to detail
- Create and manage spreadsheets to track and analyze data
- Perform comparative analysis of different sources to ensure data probity
- Regularly update existing database system records to ensure data accuracy and consistency
- Produce reports to support business decision-making
- Retrieve data as requested by stakeholders
- Perform regular backup and security database activities to ensure data integrity
- Document, organize, and store relevant documents to ensure easy access and retrieval
Requirements
* Previous working experience as a data entry clerk for at least 1 year
- Fast typing skills with a minimum of 60 words per minute
- Excellent knowledge of word processing tools, databases, and spreadsheet software (MS Office Word, Excel, etc.)
- 1 year of experience with spreadsheets and data analysis
- Great attention to detail and a keen eye for accuracy
- Sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on the company's success
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Good time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
