Job Responsibilities

As an Operations Technician, you'll be responsible for a wide range of tasks, including:

• Contributing to and leading efforts in the deployment, maintenance, and support of modern and new data center infrastructure
• Participating in or leading troubleshooting and resolving essential or escalated technical issues
• Testing and troubleshooting new server hardware components and designs
• Configuring and troubleshooting Linux OS-related issues on servers
• Deploying and maintaining arenaflex's advanced data center server and network infrastructure

Key Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

• Experience troubleshooting hardware or community-associated troubles using Linux-based tools
• Experience in hardware, networking equipment, working systems, and data center operations
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to collaborate and partner with others to resolve complex issues
• Experience with mild coding or scripting, as well as networking protocols
• A strong understanding of data center operations, including server hardware, networking equipment, and Linux OS

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications would be a plus:

• Experience working in a data center or network operations center environment
• Experience with advanced networking protocols and technologies
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
