Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Full Stack Customer Service Representative to join our remote team. As a key member of our customer service team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers via phone, email, and chat. You'll work closely with our virtual tools and resources to find the best solutions for our customers, build lasting relationships, and troubleshoot and resolve customer issues.

Responsibilities

* Answer customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat

  • Provide exceptional customer support, utilizing resources to find the best solutions for customers
  • Build lasting relationships with customers, understanding their needs and preferences
  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues, escalating complex cases to senior team members when necessary
  • Document customer interactions and issues, maintaining accurate records and reports
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and standards
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience
  • Participate in ongoing training and coaching to enhance skills and knowledge

Requirements

* High school diploma or equivalent

  • 1+ years of customer service experience, preferably in a remote or call center environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members
  • Ability to navigate virtual tools and resources, including CRM software and customer support platforms
  • Basic typing and computer skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
  • Flexible schedule, including nights and weekends, with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively
  • Reliable high-speed internet connection, with a dedicated workspace and minimal distractions
  • Ability to work in a team environment, with a customer-centric approach and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences
