Job Overview

As a Customer Service Associate at our Amazon Locker+ retail locations, you'll play a critical role in ensuring that our customers have a seamless and enjoyable experience when picking up or returning their packages. You'll be the first point of contact for many of our customers, and your friendly and approachable demeanor will make all the difference in their day. Whether it's answering questions, resolving issues, or simply providing a smile and a helping hand, you'll be the ambassador of arenaflex in our retail locations.

Responsibilities

Some of your key responsibilities will include:

• Receiving, picking, and stowing customer orders, processing returns, and preparing for delivery
• Assisting customers with questions and concerns, providing solutions and alternatives when necessary
• Working through problem-solving scenarios for customers, using your critical thinking and communication skills to resolve issues
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized workspace, adhering to arenaflex's high standards for quality and customer satisfaction
• Managing responsibilities for a Locker+ location, including opening and closing the site, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively
• Using technology such as smartphones and handheld devices to sort, scan, and prepare orders, staying up-to-date with the latest arenaflex systems and processes
• Receiving truck deliveries, ensuring that all packages are accurately received and processed

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following skills and qualifications:

• 18 years or older, with the ability to understand and adhere to all job requirements and safety guidelines in English
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of energy and enthusiasm
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with the ability to resolve complex issues and provide creative solutions
• Ability to lift up to 49 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation
• Ability to stand and walk for long periods, with or without reasonable accommodation
• Ability to use carts, dollies, hand trucks, and other gear to move items around
• Ability to go up and down stairs (where applicable)
• Availability to work part-time between the hours of 8:30 a.m. and 9:30 p.m., with schedules varying week to week
