Why You'll Love This Role

As an Experienced Full Stack Data Entry Specialist, you will be an integral part of the Data Innovation Group within the Data Innovation Division. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Resolving and closing tickets/work orders supporting end-client workstations and peripherals
• Answering client care issues raised from the Helpdesk
• Contributing to workstation projects (global installs/redesigns) as a project team member
• Remotely resolving and resolving demands using remote tools
• Investigating and collaborating with other departments to assist with system-related issues
• Recording client interactions in episode management software, including resource management
• Recovering data from hard drives or performing data relocation
• Upholding remote access for virtual private network (VPN) availability as well as remote/broadband network for workstations
• Installing and designing local and network-based printers
• Performing security support
• Working various shifts, including on-call and travel as required
• Following management direction, complying with IT strategy and methodology
• Performing other duties as mentioned
• Ventures, as required

All You'll Need for Success

To excel in this role, you will require:

• Least Capabilities:

+ Bachelor's Degree + Partner/Four-year certification in Software Engineering, Data Systems, or other related field or equivalent work experience/preparation

• 2 years' of certified 'active' IT work experience supporting and resolving various PC workstation software and hardware issues
• Firsthand experience supporting workstations in a Windows/TCPIP environment

Favored Capabilities

* A+ certification

• MCSE/MCP is an or more
• Past IT foundation experience in Aircraft/Airport climate
• Skills, Licenses, and Certificates:

+ General knowledge of all Windows-based operating systems, including Windows 10 + Knowledge of workflow and with tagging systems + Knowledge of VPN network and ability to investigate issues + Ability to work independently and act in a cooperative, team-based environment + Ability to lift at least 50 lbs
