Responsibilities:

As a Seasonal Chat & Phone Tech Support/Customer Service Agent, you'll be responsible for:

  • Providing basic technical support via phone or chat, ensuring that customers receive prompt and effective solutions to their issues
  • Delivering an exceptional support experience, exceeding customer expectations and building loyalty
  • Interacting and communicating effectively with a variety of customers, understanding their needs and concerns
  • Providing a memorable and delightful experience, making every customer interaction a positive one

Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A flexible schedule, with the ability to adapt to changing business needs
  • A High School Diploma or GED Equivalent
  • 18 years of age
  • A strong work ethic, with a commitment to delivering exceptional results
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with customers and colleagues effectively
  • A willingness to learn and grow, with a passion for technical support and customer service

Equipment and Internet Requirements:

To ensure you have everything you need to succeed, we require:

  • A stand-alone monitor (19 inches)
  • A hardwired internet connection (no satellite or wireless)
  • A required internet speed of 5.0 Mbps Down/ 5.0 Mbps Up
  • A working phone line (home phone or mobile)
  • A home office that is noise/distraction-free
  • A desk and an ergonomic chair
