Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Advisor, you'll be responsible for:

  • Building trusting relationships with customers and recommending products and services that best meet their needs
  • Creating "Wow" moments for our customers by showing your commitment to outstanding service and hospitality in every interaction
  • Helping maintain the location's appearance and cleanliness
  • Following all arenaflex safety procedures and policies, including appearance expectations
  • Working collaboratively with your team to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals
  • Providing exceptional customer service through phone, email, and in-person interactions
  • Resolving customer complaints and concerns in a professional and timely manner
  • Staying up-to-date on product knowledge and promotions to provide accurate and informed recommendations to customers

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • An outgoing personality with strong people and listening skills
  • The ability to connect with customers and build trusting relationships
  • Attention to detail and pride in your work
  • High energy and interest in being active outdoors in varying temperatures and weather conditions
  • A strong work ethic and a team-player attitude
  • Ability to stand, squat, kneel, sit, walk up and down stairs, and remain mobile for long hours
  • Ability to lift 50 lbs. to the waist, 25 lbs. to the chest, and 15 lbs. above the head

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications would be an asset:

  • Previous customer service experience in a retail or hospitality environment
  • Knowledge of sales and customer service principles and practices
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software
