Job Summary
As a Customer Service Agent at arenaflex, you'll be the primary point of contact for our clients, providing exceptional support and guidance throughout the benefit enrollment process. Your role will involve scheduling appointments, presenting benefits, and answering questions to ensure a seamless experience for our clients. You'll become the trusted source for our clients, knowing they can reach out to us at any time for their benefits.
Key Responsibilities
* Contact clients as their requests come in and schedule appointments to discuss their benefits
- Present benefits to clients and help them enroll in their preferred benefit package
- Answer questions and provide support throughout the benefit enrollment process
- Develop strong relationships with clients, becoming their trusted source for benefits-related information
- Participate in weekly training sessions to expand your knowledge and refine your skills

Essential Qualifications
* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
- 1-2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a benefits or insurance-related field
