Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the face of arenaflex, interacting with customers through phone, email, and chat. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Engaging with customers to resolve issues, answer questions, and provide product recommendations
  • Researching and problem-solving to determine effective solutions for customers
  • Operating with empathy, active listening, and patience to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Collaborating with teammates and management to achieve customer-centric goals
  • Staying up-to-date with product knowledge, company policies, and industry trends
  • Participating in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 2 years of customer service experience in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication skills (written, verbal, and listening) in a written assessment
  • Ability to multitask and perform well in a dynamic environment
  • Proficiency in using computers, data entry, and rapid navigation through systems and the internet
  • Adaptability to change with the business needs of the company
  • Flexibility to shift schedule and work overtime as needed
  • Proven ability to maintain confidentiality and secure sensitive information
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to pass a background check

Technical Requirements

To ensure a seamless customer experience, you will need:

  • A dedicated workspace with a computer, monitor, keyboard, mouse, headset, and webcam
  • A reliable wired, high-speed internet connection (30 Mbps+ download speed/ 10 Mbps+ upload speed)
  • A cell phone or tablet for two-factor authentication through Okta Verify
