The Role

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences that drive loyalty and retention. You'll be the face of our company, communicating with customers via phone, email, and e-chat to provide support and product information. Your daily tasks will include:

• Communicating promptly and professionally with customers to provide support and product information
• Providing order status information and delivery updates
• Managing cancellation requests
• Resolving customer complaints
• Improving overall customer satisfaction

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

• Previous experience in customer service, with at least 1 year of experience
• Reliability and the ability to work full-time during business hours (Monday to Friday, 8:00 to 17:00 Central Europe Time)
• A proper service mentality, with a desire to listen to the needs and concerns of our customers and show a genuine effort in solving their problems quickly and efficiently
• Patience and self-control, with the ability to stay calm in stressful situations
• The ability to learn fast and stay open-minded

Preferred Qualifications
