Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative in our Healthcare Operations team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our customers, including data entry, processing of Medicare contracts, appointments, and verification of certification for external producers/agents. You'll also be responsible for supplementing the background check review and documentation process as needed. If you're a detail-oriented and customer-focused individual with excellent communication skills, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service to our customers, including responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and providing information about our healthcare services.

  • Process Medicare contracts, appointments, and verification of certification for external producers/agents.
  • Supplement the background check review and documentation process as needed.
  • Collaborate with other team members to achieve our goals and deliver exceptional results.
  • Stay up-to-date with changes in healthcare policies and procedures, and ensure that our customers are aware of these changes.

Essential Qualifications

* High School diploma, G.E.D. or equivalent experience.

  • Experience in a production environment, preferably in a customer service role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience in a call center or retail location, preferably in a transaction-based environment.

  • Bilingual or multilingual skills.
  • Experience with data entry and processing.
  • Knowledge of healthcare policies and procedures.
