Position Description
As a Customer Support Associate - Work from Home, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences through inbound and outbound calls, emails, and chats. You'll work closely with our clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions that exceed their expectations. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Qualifying callers for programs, products, or services offered by our clients
- Scheduling appointments, qualifying insurance leads, recruiting patients, and setting medical appointments
- Providing product knowledge and support to customers
- Adapting to changing situations and priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Maintaining accurate records and reporting metrics to ensure seamless operations
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Working knowledge of Windows-based operating systems, including Google Chrome
- Ability to demonstrate product knowledge once you've completed our training program
- Adaptability and flexibility in a dynamic environment
- A dedicated workspace with a computer, webcam, and reliable internet access
