Job Summary

We're looking for a highly skilled and motivated Data Entry Clerk Remote to join our team. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for accurately and efficiently entering data into our databases and software programs. You'll work closely with our team to ensure the highest level of customer service and support.

Responsibilities

* Enter information into databases and/or software programs by inputting alphabetic and numeric information on a keyboard or optical scanner, uploading data from outside sources, and/or transcribing audio and video content.

• Review all orders meticulously for completeness and accuracy.
• Demonstrate a proactive and enthusiastic approach to your work, showing initiative.
• Manage tasks with a strong sense of urgency while effectively multi-tasking.
• Read source documents, such as canceled checks, sales reports, or bills, and enter data in specific data fields using keyboards or scanners.
• Compare data with source documents and utilize documentation verification formats to detect and correct recording and data entry errors and report them to supervisors as needed.

• Accuracy and attention to detail
• Integrity, discretion, and respect for confidentiality and privacy
• Ability to read, understand, evaluate, and verify a wide range of materials and information in order to recognize and correct discrepancies
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite

Available Shifts and Compensation

We offer flexible scheduling to accommodate your needs. Our available shifts are all days of the week, and we're happy to discuss compensation with you. Our competitive hourly rate ranges from $32.00 to $35.00 per hour.
