Job Summary
As an Experienced Full Stack Data Entry Specialist, you'll be responsible for managing and analyzing data, identifying trends, and providing actionable insights to drive business decisions. You'll work closely with our cross-functional teams to ensure seamless communication, efficient processes, and exceptional customer experiences. Your expertise will help us optimize our operations, improve productivity, and drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead task groups of experts and other partners to drive business outcomes
- Perform data gathering tasks, data analysis, and develop solutions to drive process improvements
- Produce reports for teams and leadership to audit and use
- Deliver presentations to teams and senior leaders to drive business outcomes
- Build skills and knowledge, including self-improvement, team knowledge, and customer (internal) knowledge
- Travel requirements: occasional travel under 10% of the time
- Physical demands: mostly spent sitting in a comfortable position, with regular opportunities to move about; occasional need to move or lift light objects
Essential Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in a field of study related to the job
- 3 years of work experience, preferably in a retail or field-related environment
- Strong quantitative skills, including data analysis and insights
- Experience driving high-performing teams and counseling senior leaders
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
Preferred Qualifications
* Store experience and/or ASDS experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to build strong cross-functional relationships and collaborate with diverse teams
