Job Overview

We're seeking a highly motivated and organized Data Entry Specialist/ Virtual Recruiter to join our remote team. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for recruiting remote contractors who are seeking various types of notary services for their notary signing agent business. You'll spend 80% of your time on the phones making calls outbound, follow-up inquiry calls, or simple call-backs. You'll also be responsible for posting new job ads online to FREE classified ad sites, and sending email correspondence to potential recruits.

Key Responsibilities

* Recruit remote contractors who are seeking various types of notary services for their notary signing agent business

• Spend 80% of your time on the phones making calls outbound, follow-up inquiry calls, or simple call-backs
• Post 250 new job ads per week online to FREE classified ad sites
• Send email correspondence to potential recruits
• Complete and pass a felony verification check
• Work independently with minimum supervision
• Meet or exceed sales targets and recruitment goals

Essential Qualifications

* 1 year or more of experience with inbound customer service, survey calls, outbound B2B calling, telemarketing, recruiting, or sales

• Ability to make a minimum of 75 plus outbound calls per day to candidates and send email correspondence
• Ability to post 250 new job ads per week online to FREE classified ad sites
• Must be very upbeat, friendly, detailed, and have outbound telemarketing/recruitment experience
• Must be able to complete and pass a felony verification check
• Must have strong organizational skills and a motivated attitude to get the job done!

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits

* Competitive salary of $15.00 per hour

• Opportunity to earn up to $30.00 per hour based on commissions
• Bi-weekly pay on the 1st and 15th of every month
• Flexible work schedule with the option to work up to 40 hours per week (M-F) and 7 hours (10 AM-5 PM) on Saturday
