Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative in our Remote Freight and Logistics Support department, you will play a critical role in ensuring the timely and secure delivery of freight shipments. You will be the primary point of contact for customers, responding to their inquiries, resolving issues, and providing exceptional customer service. This is a full-time position that requires a strong commitment to customer satisfaction, teamwork, and continuous learning.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service to customers via phone, email, and chat, responding to their inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and ensure seamless delivery of freight shipments.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions, including complaints, compliments, and feedback.
  • Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of arenaflex's products and services, as well as industry trends and best practices.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance customer service skills and knowledge.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives.

Requirements

To be successful as a Customer Service Representative in our Remote Freight and Logistics Support department, you will need to possess the following qualifications and skills:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with customers, colleagues, and management in a professional and courteous manner
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to resolve complex customer issues and make sound decisions

  • Proficiency in computer software applications, including Microsoft Office and customer relationship management (CRM) systems
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and wear required personal protective equipment (PPE)
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

  • Previous experience in freight and logistics, customer service, or a related field
  • Strong writing and computer skills, with the ability to compose clear and concise emails and reports
