Job Description
As an IT Business Analyst at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the operational efficiency of our server farm and data entry systems. You'll work closely with our IT team to analyze business needs, identify solutions, and implement changes that drive business growth and improvement. Your expertise will be essential in managing our data entry processes, server farm infrastructure, and IT services, ensuring that our systems are always running smoothly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
* Analyze business needs and identify solutions to improve data entry and server farm management processes
- Collaborate with IT team to design, implement, and maintain server farm infrastructure and data entry systems
- Develop and implement project plans, timelines, and budgets for IT projects
- Manage and coordinate with vendors, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of IT services
- Conduct regular audits and assessments to ensure compliance with corporate policies and industry standards

Essential Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in IT business analysis, data entry management, or server farm management
- Strong understanding of server farm infrastructure, data entry systems, and IT services
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines
- Strong attention to detail, with a focus on quality and accuracy

Preferred Qualifications
