Key Responsibilities

As an Entry-Level Data Entry Clerk at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

  • Inputting data and making changes to existing data figures in digital databases
  • Inputting data from paper documents into digital spreadsheets
  • Updating order statuses for customers and double-checking their work to ensure accuracy
  • Reviewing data for deficiencies or errors, correcting any incompatibilities if possible, and checking the output
  • Researching and obtaining further information for incomplete documents
  • Applying data program techniques and procedures
  • Generating reports, storing completed work in designated locations, and performing backup operations
  • Scanning documents and printing files, when needed

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Strong computer skills
  • Basic knowledge of touch typing system and database management tools
  • Ability to enter data into a computer quickly and accurately
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to think analytically
  • Experience working on a Data Entry Clerk position is a plus

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required

  • 1-2 years of experience in data entry or a related field
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word
  • Basic knowledge of database management tools and software

* Associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field
