Responsibilities
As an Entry Level Remote Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:
- Handling customer concerns via messages, online chat, and phone calls with a focus on resolving issues efficiently and effectively
- Completing various data entry tasks with a focus on precision and accuracy
- Handling sales activities based on your skills and background, including upselling and cross-selling products and services
- Inputting data into company databases, including transferring data from spreadsheets, documents, and other sources into digital formats
- Collaborating with our team to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals
- Participating in ongoing training and development to improve your skills and knowledge
Job Requirements
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- Data entry ability to type 35 words per minute
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal
- The ability to work independently and stay motivated while managing your time effectively
- Comfort in computer operations, including email, web-based tools, and customer relationship management software
- A reliable internet connection and access to a personal computer
- A good mindset and willingness to learn and grow with our company
