Role Overview

As a Live Chat Assistant, your primary responsibility will be to respond to live chat messages on a business's website or social media accounts. This includes addressing customer inquiries, sharing sales links, and providing discounts. You'll play a crucial role in enhancing customer support and driving sales for these businesses. Key Responsibilities
