Responsibilities

As a Healthcare Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional service to our customers. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Fielding customer inquiries and resolving questions, issues, and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Connecting with customers via phone, email, chat, and social media to provide personalized support and guidance.
  • Calmly attempting to resolve and de-escalate any issues that may arise, and escalating interactions when necessary and appropriate.
  • Responding to requests for assistance and processing payments in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Tracking all call-related information for auditing and reporting purposes.
  • Providing feedback on call issues and opportunities for improvement.
  • Upselling and promoting relevant products and services to customers.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications:

  • Ability to work remotely in a virtual team environment.
  • 6 months of customer service experience preferred.
  • Over 18 years of age.
  • Ability to type 25 wpm.
  • High School Graduate or GED.
  • Comfort with desktop computer systems.
  • Proven oral and written communication skills.
  • Logical problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to navigate Windows operating systems.
  • Organization and work prioritization skills.

Work from Home Requirements

To ensure your success in this role, you will need to meet the following work from home requirements:

  • Internet Connection Requirements:
  • Minimum subscribed download rate equal to or exceeds 12.0 Mbps.
  • Minimum subscribed upload rate equal to or exceeds 3.0 Mbps.
  • ISP must have no packet loss and ping under 50ms.
  • Proof of internet speed required.
  • Clean and quiet workspace.
