Job Summary

As a Live Chat Specialist at arenaflex, you will be responsible for engaging with customers in real-time, providing exceptional support, and resolving their inquiries efficiently. Key Responsibilities

* Provide top-notch customer service through live chat, resolving customer inquiries and issues efficiently

• Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our clients' products and services to provide accurate and helpful information
• Utilize problem-solving skills to resolve complex customer issues and escalate when necessary
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experiences
• Meet or exceed performance metrics, including response times, resolution rates, and customer satisfaction
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and arenaflex's policies and procedures

Essential Qualifications

* Fluency in English (native or near-native level) with outstanding sentence structure, spelling, and grammar

• Ability to type at least 65 words per minute with above 97% accuracy
• Previous experience in customer service, sales, and/or lead generation
• Open to constructive feedback and able to take action
• Timely and responsive with a strong sense of urgency
• Ability to multi-task and keep everything organized
• Resourceful, reliable, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment
• Calm and professional under pressure

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a remote or virtual environment
