Job Summary

As a Mandarin Bilingual Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in providing exceptional customer service to our members, medical facilities, transportation providers, and health plans. You'll be responsible for taking inbound calls, accurately entering ride details, confirming member eligibility, and addressing member inquiries and concerns. Key Responsibilities

* Take inbound calls from members, medical facilities, transportation providers, and health plans to gather and enter detailed trip information for scheduling non-emergency medical transports

  • Accurately enter ride details to ensure successful ride completion
  • Confirm member eligibility and address any related issues
  • Answer member inquiries regarding transportation services and provide clear, concise information
  • Identify and assess member's additional needs and provide support as needed
  • Intake member concerns and work with internal departments to address real-time issues
  • Collaborate with other teams to ensure seamless communication and efficient issue resolution
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management

Essential Qualifications

* Fluency in Mandarin (verbal) and ability to communicate effectively with diverse populations

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • One (1) year of inbound call center experience in a high-volume atmosphere
  • Strong communication skills (both verbal and written) and ability to present and influence effectively
  • Positive and helpful attitude, with a focus on providing exceptional customer service
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and conflict resolution ability
  • Ability to work independently and/or with a team
  • Accurate typing skills (35 wpm or more)
  • Flexible and adaptable, with the ability to adjust to changes in business, strategy, and technology
  • Ability to empathize with members and/or their guardians
  • Willingness to work with geographically and culturally diverse populations and personalities

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a remote or virtual environment

  • Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software and other relevant tools
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to maintain professionalism in high-stress situations
  • Ability to work flexible shifts, including overnights and weekends

What You'll Need to Work Remotely

* A well-lit, dedicated, and quiet workspace with minimal distractions

  • A notebook or desktop computer with a minimum processing speed of 1.6 GHz and 16 GB usable RAM
  • High-speed broadband service (wired only) with a minimum of 150 Mbps in a dedicated environment or 300 Mbps in a shared environment
  • A backup internet provider is a plus!
