Role Summary
We're seeking an experienced Customer Success Associate to join our evening shift team. As a Customer Success Associate, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional service and creating a seamless experience for our customers via telephone, email, and chat. You'll be the face of arenaflex's Nuuly brand, providing personalized support and guidance to our customers. Key Responsibilities
* Answer customer interactions during your scheduled shift in a friendly and relatable manner
- Act as an empowered team member, exercising decision-making skills to enhance each customer's relationship with the brand
- Empathize with customers' needs while understanding the business's bottom line
- Collect and share feedback to external teams to ensure customer needs are being met
- Perform a minimum of 70 interactions per shift
- Collaborate with the team to achieve daily interaction numbers and support business objectives
Qualifications
* Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service or a related role
- Access to a consistently stable internet connection
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Willingness to take on additional projects and support external team members to support business and customer needs
- On-the-spot, creative problem-solving skills that meet the needs of the customer and the business
- Passion for and understanding of the arenaflex brands, customers, and product
- Familiarity with relevant media and lifestyle trends, fashion, and culture
