Job Summary

As an Online Chat Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients. You'll be responsible for responding to live chat messages on our clients' websites, answering customer questions, providing sales links, and offering discounts. Your primary goal will be to help customers find the information they need and process their orders successfully.

Key Responsibilities

* Respond to live chat messages on our clients' websites, social media, and other online platforms

  • Answer customer questions and provide accurate information to resolve their queries
  • Offer sales links and discounts to customers, promoting our clients' products and services
  • Help customers process their orders and resolve any issues they may encounter
  • Work independently and follow instructions to meet performance targets
  • Utilize our proprietary platform, Squarespace, to manage chat conversations and customer interactions

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field (e.g., customer service, marketing, communications) preferred

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve issues efficiently
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on collaboration and teamwork
  • Proficiency in using social media and website chat functions, with a willingness to learn new technologies
  • Reliable internet connection and a device that can access social media and website chat functions (e.g., phone, tablet, laptop)

Preferred Qualifications

* Previous experience in customer service, sales, or a related field

  • Familiarity with online chat platforms and customer relationship management (CRM) software
