Key Responsibilities:

As an Online Customer Care Associate, you'll be responsible for:

Customer Interaction:

Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via email, chat, and social media platforms, ensuring customer satisfaction and a positive brand experience.

Product Knowledge:

Gain a thorough understanding of arenaflex's products and services to provide accurate information and recommendations tailored to customer needs.

Problem Solving:

Employ critical thinking skills to troubleshoot and resolve customer issues related to orders, payment, delivery, returns, and product functionality, ensuring a swift resolution.

Feedback Management:

Gather customer feedback and insights regarding products and services, and work collaboratively with relevant teams to convey suggestions for improvement.

Customer Education:

Assist customers in navigating the arenaflex website, providing guidance on product features, promotions, and loyalty programs.

Team Collaboration:

Collaborate with team members and support roles to share knowledge, insights, and best practices to enhance the overall customer experience.

Performance Metrics:

Meet and exceed performance metrics related to customer satisfaction, response time, and resolution rates while consistently delivering high-quality service.

Continuous Improvement:

Data Entry and Management:

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

Experience:

Minimum 4 years of experience in customer service, with a strong emphasis on online interaction and support.

Education:
