Key Responsibilities and Job Elements
As an Experienced Part-Time Remote Data Entry Specialist – Virtual Operations Support, you'll be responsible for:
- Supporting and mentoring hourly workforce teams to ensure high levels of safety, quality, attendance, and performance
- Collaborating with support teams, including Safety, Engineering, Loss Prevention, Quality Assurance, and Human Resources, to develop plans that meet business objectives
- Managing safety, quality, productivity, and customer delivery promises
- Working in an environment where the noise level varies and can be loud
- Working in an environment that is subject to variable temperatures and weather
- Continuously climbing and descending stairs (applies to sites with stairs)
- Lifting up to 49 pounds and frequently pushing, pulling, squatting, bending, and reaching
- Standing/walking for up to 12 hours during shifts
Essential Qualifications
* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
- 1-2 years of experience in a related field, such as operations, customer service, or data entry
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience working in a remote or virtual environment
- Experience working with customers or clients
- Knowledge of data entry software and systems
- Experience with inventory management or supply chain operations
