Job Description

As a Portuguese Speaking Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our Portuguese-speaking clients via phone, email, or chat. You will be the primary point of contact for our customers, addressing their inquiries, resolving issues, and providing information about our products and services. Your primary goal will be to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty, while maintaining a high level of product knowledge and expertise.

Key Responsibilities:

* Provide exceptional customer service to Portuguese-speaking clients via phone, email, or chat

  • Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide information about our products and services
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively address customer questions and concerns
  • Document customer interactions and update customer records as needed
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex issues
  • Meet and exceed performance goals and targets
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products and services to provide accurate and timely information to customers
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to provide expert advice and guidance to customers

Essential Qualifications:

* Fluency in Portuguese and English (written and spoken)
