Job Summary

As a Remote Customer Service and Administrative Assistant, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and supporting our team's administrative needs. Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service to arenaflex clients via phone, email, and chat

  • Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and escalate complex problems to senior team members
  • Manage and maintain accurate records, databases, and spreadsheets
  • Perform data entry tasks, including data cleaning, validation, and reporting
  • Assist with administrative tasks, such as scheduling appointments, sending reminders, and preparing reports
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve business objectives and improve processes
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and arenaflex policies and procedures

Essential Qualifications

* 1-2 years of experience in customer service, administrative assistance, or a related field

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong organizational, time management, and prioritization skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, or other productivity software
  • Ability to learn and adapt to new systems, processes, and technologies

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software

  • Knowledge of data entry best practices and data quality standards
  • Familiarity with arenaflex's products and services
  • Certification in customer service, administrative assistance, or a related field
  • Experience working in a remote or virtual environment
