Key Responsibilities

As an Experienced Customer Support Representative, you'll be responsible for:

  • Handling daily phone, chat, and email customer service requests originating from customers and teammates
  • Communicating promptly and effectively to resolve client inquiries and concerns
  • Answering basic client questions about nutrition, health, fitness, and the DEXA technology
  • Assisting event and support teams with outbound customer communications regarding service logistics, as well as internal triaging of issues
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer experiences
  • Providing exceptional customer service, resolving issues, and escalating complex cases as needed

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Previous, extensive Customer Service experience, preferably in a health and wellness or related field
  • Strong knowledge of customer-centric principles, CX KPIs, and processes
  • Familiarity with HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar platforms
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
  • Passion for health and wellness, with a desire to make a positive impact
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Strong time management and organizational skills, with a focus on meeting deadlines and delivering results

Schedule and Work Environment

This is a 5-day a week, fully remote position, with scheduled hours as follows:

  • Sunday and Thursday: 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM CST
  • Monday, Tuesday, and Friday: 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM CST
  • First two weeks of training: Monday to Friday
  • Sundays are mandatory
  • Wednesdays and Saturdays are off
  • Schedule is subject to change to accommodate business needs (ample notice provided)

Compensation and Benefits

As a valued member of our team, you'll enjoy:

  • Competitive salary: $20.00/hour (starting rate) or $45,760 annually
  • Monthly bonuses: up to $500 per month, based on individual performance and team revenue goals
