Key Responsibilities
* Transfer data from paper formats into computer files or database systems using keyboards, data recorders, or optical scanners
- Type data into our database from paper documents provided directly from customers
- Enter data into a proprietary web application
- Verify data by comparing it to source documents
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records
- Meet productivity and quality standards
- Collaborate with our team to ensure seamless data entry operations
Requirements
* Must be over the age of 18 with a reliable internet connection
- No prior experience is required, but prior experience is preferred
- Basic understanding of databases and computer systems
- Strong, demonstrated computer skills, including:
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Suite + Familiarity with database management systems + Ability to learn and adapt to new software and systems
- Ability to type at least 60 words per minute with a high degree of accuracy
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Preferred Qualifications
* 1+ years of experience as a data entry clerk or in a related field
- Basic understanding of data analysis and reporting
