Job Summary:

We're looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused Remote Data Entry / Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you'll be responsible for processing documents electronically, making outbound calls to clients, processing claims, and ensuring the accurate transmission of data to our clients. Key Responsibilities:

* Process documents electronically, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in data entry

  • Make outbound calls to clients, providing exceptional customer service and resolving any issues that may arise
  • Process claims, verifying data and ensuring timely transmission to our clients
  • Receive, process, and ensure document classification is completed and transmitted to clients
  • Sort, image, and archive documents by form type, ensuring accurate and efficient filing
  • Identify documents and their purpose, creating a database of information and classifying documents based on contract requirements
  • Verify data from automated data extraction tools, ensuring accuracy and quality
  • Ensure the transmission of processed data to the appropriate next level, maintaining high levels of accuracy and efficiency

Position Requirements:

* High School Diploma or equivalency

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Teams, Outlook, and Word
  • Must have a secure workspace with high-speed internet
  • Must be able to pass a typing test
  • Must be able to sit for long periods and willing to work overtime if needed
  • Well-organized with strong computer typing skills for effective note-taking
  • Excellent Customer Service and communication skills
  • Strong Data Entry skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Must be available to work weekends and holidays if required

Essential Qualifications:

* 1-2 years of experience in data entry, customer service, or a related field

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on collaboration and teamwork
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve issues efficiently

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience working in a virtual or remote environment

  • Knowledge of industry-specific software and systems
  • Certification in data entry, customer service, or a related field
  • Experience working with diverse client populations and cultures

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits:
