Sales Associate/Customer Service Representative

Job Summary

As a Sales Associate/Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, promoting our products and services, and driving business growth. You'll work closely with our customers to understand their needs, provide personalized solutions, and exceed their expectations. Key Responsibilities

* Greet customers in a friendly manner, determine their needs, and exceed their expectations

• Deliver exceptional customer service through customer engagement and quality product delivery
• Be knowledgeable of products and services offered and properly promote them to customers
• Identify customer needs and offer additional services that could benefit them
• Receive, sort, and place mail in mailboxes accurately
• Record all sales transactions completely and accurately in our Point of Sale system
• Pack contents for shipping using established procedures and products
• Receive and prepare documents for printing
• Operate all other software packages
• Receive and process packages for shipping, including lifting and weighing packages, accessing shipment manifesting software, and generating labels
• Process and document damaged shipments, late, and lost package claims
• Assist in merchandising the store, including stocking shelves with product, ensuring a clean and orderly appearance of product, and informing appropriate personnel of inventory levels for re-ordering supplies
• Perform end-of-day duties, including reconciliation of cash, checks, money orders, credit cards, and all other transactions accurately and in accordance with company policy and procedure
• Operate copiers, fax machines, binding equipment, and all other office machines in a safe, efficient, and productive manner
• Help customers operate office machines located in the retail area
• Perform general housekeeping duties
• Other duties as assigned

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods
• Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
• Ability to relocate to Clermont, FL 34714 before starting work

Preferred Qualifications

* Previous sales or customer service experience

• Knowledge of Point of Sale systems and software
• Experience with shipping and receiving procedures
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
