Job Summary

Responsibilities

As a Social Media and Customer Service Associate at arenaflex, you'll have the following responsibilities:

  • Analyze social media metrics and generate reports to track performance and engagement
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement social media strategies
  • Resolve customer issues and complaints professionally and efficiently

  • Stay updated with industry trends and competitor activities to ensure arenaflex remains a leader in the market

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need to have:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in social media management and customer service roles
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.)
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and social media management software
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • High level of empathy and patience in dealing with customer inquiries and issues
