Key Responsibilities:
As a Telechat / Live Chat Representative, you'll be responsible for:
Providing Exceptional Customer Service:
Respond to incoming chat messages in a timely and professional manner, ensuring that our customers have a positive and seamless experience while interacting with our brand.
Product Information and Support:
Provide accurate and detailed information about our products, services, and policies, helping customers make informed decisions and resolve any issues they may have.
Sales and Upselling:
Effectively promote and upsell products to increase sales, identifying opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Order Assistance and Tracking:
Assist customers with placing orders and tracking shipments, ensuring that their needs are met and their expectations are exceeded.
Issue Resolution and Escalation:

Documentation and Reporting:

Qualifications:
To succeed as a Telechat / Live Chat Representative, you'll need:
High School Diploma or Equivalent:
A high school diploma or equivalent is required, with a strong emphasis on written communication skills and the ability to type quickly and accurately.
Customer Service or Sales Experience:
1 year of experience in customer service or sales, preferably in a chat or call center environment, is preferred.
Strong Communication Skills:
Excellent written communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex information in a clear and concise manner.
Multitasking and Prioritization:
Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities, managing multiple chats and tasks simultaneously.
Team Player:

Technical Skills:
Proficient in Microsoft Office and ability to learn new software systems, with a willingness to adapt to new technologies and tools.
Industry Knowledge:
Knowledge of the plastics industry is a plus, but not required.
