Job Summary
We are seeking an Experienced Full Stack Security Analyst – Identity and Access Management (IAM) to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing, designing, and implementing IAM solutions to ensure the security and integrity of our systems and data. This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires a strong understanding of IAM concepts, technologies, and best practices.
Key Responsibilities
* Analyze and design IAM solutions to meet business requirements and ensure compliance with regulatory standards
* Implement and configure IAM systems, including identity management, access control, and authentication
* Conduct security assessments and risk analyses to identify vulnerabilities and recommend mitigation strategies
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement IAM policies and procedures
* Provide training and support to end-users on IAM systems and procedures
* Stay up-to-date with emerging IAM trends, technologies, and best practices
* Participate in incident response and crisis management efforts as needed
Essential Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
* 3+ years of experience in IAM, security, or a related field
* Strong understanding of IAM concepts, technologies, and best practices
* Experience with IAM systems, including identity management, access control, and authentication
* Knowledge of security frameworks, regulations, and standards (e.g., NIST, ISO, HIPAA)
* Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Preferred Qualifications
* Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
* 5+ years of experience in IAM, security, or a related field
* Experience with cloud-based IAM solutions (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud)
* Knowledge of DevOps and Agile methodologies
* Experience with scripting languages (e.g., Python, PowerShell)
* Certification in IAM, security, or a related field (e.g., CISA, CISSP)
