Job Summary:

As a Data Entry Specialist with arenaflex, you will play a critical role in supporting our clinical and business operations by accurately and efficiently processing patient data, managing electronic health records, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. This position requires a strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

* Process patient data, including demographic information, medical history, and treatment plans, in a timely and accurate manner

  • Manage electronic health records, ensuring that all data is up-to-date, complete, and compliant with regulatory requirements
  • Conduct data entry tasks, including but not limited to, patient registration, scheduling, and billing
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient interactions, including phone calls, emails, and in-person visits
  • Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to resolve data-related issues and ensure seamless operations
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and services
  • Maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA guidelines and regulations

Essential Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., healthcare administration, business, or computer science)

  • Current licensure as a pharmacist or equivalent experience in a healthcare setting
  • Proven experience in data entry, medical records management, or a related field
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to work independently
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams
  • Ability to work non-standard hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Familiarity with electronic health records systems and data management software

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience working with secret data and maintaining confidentiality

  • Familiarity with time management skills, including prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines
  • Ability to create solutions to achieve objectives with minimal supervision
  • Experience providing customer support to internal and external clients
  • Willingness to travel up to 10% of the time for business purposes
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
  • Basic knowledge of computer operating systems and software applications
